1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Ayax Xpress, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the application immediately.

2. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any transaction performed through your account is considered authorized by you.

3. Transaction Policy

All utility payments and data purchases are final. Please verify the recipient's phone number or account details before confirming payment, as digital goods cannot be refunded once successfully delivered by the network provider.

4. Limitation of Liability

Ayax Xpress shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this service or network delays outside of our control.
